Dear Ms. Jones, Ms. Smith and Mr. Rook'shir,

I have a request I would like to make if this is possible. This weekend are the performances of Bye Bye Birdie and I have asked my remaining fellow students if they would attending one of the performances together. I was wondering if it was possible to travel together as well.
