You didn't tell me why Jubilee should be responsible for Amanda's relationship, or obvious lack thereof. If Manuel's a hopeless case, that's still Amanda's problem, not Jubilee's.
Amanda and Jubilee do have some kind of bitter rivalry dislike thing going on, but if you think one side's better than the other, you clearly haven't seen very many bitter rivalry dislike things. There is no moral high ground involved there.
But since it's jealousy on your part, I can hardly blame you, can I? It's such an ugly, insidious little emotion. Jubilee lives the way she lives, and if Doug was looking at her falling out of those little silk dresses, then that's Doug's problem, not hers. She does lack that mind-control power, inasmuch as I can tell.
Just because it's easy to blame her -- and I'm sure it is -- doesn't mean that she's really at fault.
