You know, I think I used to like coming to Muir in December or January just because we were so often incommunicado? I know, that's perverse.
I was suspecting you've been on the go since you arrived; the link's giving me clues, even from this far away. I'd fuss at you, but I a) have faith in your good judgement and b) have faith in Anna's if yours happens to let you down through no fault of its own. I really wish I was there with you, though. If there's still no sign of Rory, what about looking for someone to fill in on a semi-permanent basis? And this near-miss... that wouldn't have been the reason for the panicky feeling I got from the link this morning, would it?
About the computers - let me email David. I can't imagine he and Garrison would be adverse to a quick trip out to take a look. David's kind of considered Muir's security a personal crusade since the business in May, given that he built your new system from the ground up. Hell, I imagine he might give Billie a hand, too. The two of them always seemed to get along, and it's amazing how useful superspeed can be with things like that.
Classes - do you just want me to double-check with Hank about the... Biology, right? It doesn't sound like you're going to be able to get back in time.
I'm glad Anna's there. I'll try to call again tomorrow, see if the lines cooperate then.
