DRMA does a fairly efficient job at supplying food aid, but they also serve as information sources for the Indian government. The Pack's been in Kashmir a number of times over the last few years and we saw a number of villages with militant affiliations get visits first from DRMA and then from government troops. I don't think I really need to go into what happened next. Why they'd be on that donor-list, though... obviously what I know of them is out-of-date, I'll have to make a few phone calls.
