Parcel for Marie, left in a paper bag hanging from her doorhandle.

Inside is a packet of herbs, with a list of instructions written on it in large, childish handwriting. There's also a note, written on a piece of torn-out notebook paper, with the same scrawl There's less spelling errors this time.

I never seem to catch you when I visit, but I wanted you to have this. Its the stuff I use to help me sleep when the dreams get bad. I figgured you could use some. Instruktions are on the pack.
