Crystal,

Yes, we're aware of the situation, as are the Professor and Dr. MacTaggart. Unfortunately, it (and he) is somewhat touchy right now, and while I can (figuratively) bash him over the head and haul him in for medical care, I can't make him open up emotionally.

We're doing what we can, Crystal. For now, I think he just needs to know that we care and we're here for him whenever he's ready to get help.
