Ms. Frost,

It is with much soul-searching over the past few days that I feel an apology is in order.

I was out of line in my conduct at the XFI offices. The business that takes place there is no less important than anywhere else. I did indeed behave in the manner of a 'frat boy' and I assure you such behaviour will not occur again.

Personal lives should not entrench on the professional arena. This was another facet I did not consider when I engaged in unsavoury behaviour.

In essence: I was wrong, you were right.

I appreciate the apology. In turn, I apologize for the degree of anger I displayed over the matter, as I did not handle the situation with the professionalism I should have displayed. I hope we can put this incident behind us and continue our business together with a renewed spirit of goodwill.
