Remember that directive that we have to report everyone who seemed like a possible 'candidate' or 'graduate' of the program? Anyone who seemed 'enhanced in some way?

Turned out all those people vanished. I haven't been able to dig up anything what happened to them.

From what I've been hearing someone close to Qunbula has gotten caught up in this.
