[1/3] Hi Terry, it has been going pretty well so far!

[2/3] We are still feeling our way through a little, but Aimee has already suggested an improvement in the bookkeeping system and the backlog of some of the admin tasks has been shrinking steadily thanks to Jenny.

Excellent, I'm so glad they're working out. They're such lovely women and have had difficulties finding work that suited them.
