Clea, this sounds like a brilliant idea. Not having to shop for produce at the grocer's will be amazing! I know of several people who have expressed interest in the past, but the person who most springs to mind at the moment is Maya. I'm afraid I don't have much information on the composting process as it functions here at the mansion, but when you get it sorted, just let me know and I'll be happy to contribute!
