re: Del Frye Status

Thanks to a little work by our team here at Snow Valley, there is currently no listing of Del Frye as having a positive mutant test in Department H's records. Muir has agreed to play ball, listing his intake as being a superpowered being (SPB) of unknown origins as opposed to a mutant. It won't stand up to a future genetic test but for now, nothing in his paper trail confirms he's a mutant.
