I hate catch-22s. But that's how I feel about things with Scott. Let him be a control freak about paperwork and such, and he drives himself into an ulcer. Try and take some work off his hands, and he gets cranky and starts spinning his wheels even more because he doesn't feel useful.
You got any bright ideas for a third option? Because I purely don't.
