Hiya roomie,

Didn't get to see you yet today but wanted to let you know that Miles is going to need a bit of special food-type attention from you (again) for a while. Some of his vitamin deficiencies have cropped up again thanks to the stay in Asgard, although not as bad as when he first got here.

All of us have some to a certain degree though, if you want to take that into account for the menus and all. You could ask the medical types as to what they are if you want to get real fussy and stuff but I think vitamins D & C were mentioned.

Spa. I think I'm going to try and go again soon. All the pampering just wasn't enough. Three months of roughing it in the countryside. UGH.
