Kind of a random question. I don't even know if you'll be able to answer but I don't know who else to ask.

Romany is my legal guardian on paper because Taboo was supposedly dead. If he came back around and decided he wanted custody back, would he be able to get it? I don't think he would, it's just...something I was wondering about.
