Here's the note found this morning. Turns out there was a second note the receptionist found on the back of the big painting when they needed to adjust the lighting. A mystery!

[Two attachments:

First is a block print card with a white rose embossed in the lower right corner.

Second is a note written in scripting cursive on a piece of green paper cut in the shape of a fish:
