Subject: We need to change somethings.

We've been treating the schedule for the MedLab exactly the same as it was when Henry was here. I think we need to do some revising because you're getting stuck in the MedLab night after night. Right now, I'm thinking we do alternating night shifts. I may not be an MD but it doesn't mean I can't stand 'watch' and get you if need be.

And we might want to rework the students time in the lab, make it easier on everyone.

At least until we know the situation with Hank, yeah. You won't hear me arguing. I don't mind the nights, especially when you and Nathan have so little private time together as it is. But I can't keep it up, try as I might. I've been hoping for some kind of break in the drama, but I've come to the conclusion that's just not going to happen.

Come down when you're free and we'll go over schedules?
