For the record, I am sorry for not being able to make it to the Pasta and Comedy tonight. I had been looking forward to it very much. But return-from-the-dead rather trumps relaxing-night-out... and I'm worried about Scott. This is... coming as quite the shock to him, obviously.
May I have a raincheck? We do still need a break... and will even more, I suspect, by the time the aftereffects of this particular bombshell clear. It's... a big shock. To everyone. I feel a bit as if I've been hit gently around the head with a rose-scented club. The news is good, but the shock is huge. *rueful smile* It's a good thing we stock a lot of aspirin. I think a lot of people will need it tonight.
