Also, is he actually wearing a tie as a belt?

Despite the colour, that is a very nice shirt. But two hundred dollar silk shirts are not Mark's usual work clothes. All in all, the effect is quite good, but not Mark's usual style, would you say?
The tie as a belt is an interesting fashion statement. I wonder if I should start doing that on the weekends. You do have some rather nice ties.
