Thank you for accompanying me on that trip. It has been quite the ordeal, especially from your end. I have already taken measures to see that Valentia will be educated as I believe she is behind in learning communication. A private school has agreed to sit down with me on Monday morning with her and assess her level. There is a possibility that I will have to leave her there for a short time to make sure there is no separation anxiety (as they like to put it).
In short, I am exhausted. She does not like to sleep at night. I find my patience is dwindling down into the negatives.

You're welcome. I won't deny it wasn't hard, but I'm glad we've sorted things out for her. She needed somewhere to learn, and whatever our past histories with Xavier's, it's the place for it.
I don't know if it's welcome or not, but I've got some advice for you, having been in the same sort of situation with Meggan. Don't take raising her all onto yourself. Ask for help, even if it's babysitting so you can get a breather. It'll help you, and it'll help her to improve her socialisation. Talk to Samson about resources for her, talk to Emma, even talk to Moira over at Muir. Get as much help as you can, because it's not just you who gets fucked over if things go wrong. I'll help out as much as I can, that's a given.
I'm working on tracking down her original birth certificate and the rest, and I might have to take a quick trip back to visit the couple who had her first, depending on what I find. They left some information out, wouldn't you say?

I will be scheduling something with Samson when I have a free moment. Possibly set something over the weekend for next week. I am more interested in having her educated right now because there is a language barrier between her and the residents. I will also have to learn sign language and find time to set aside to learn it with her.
They left a lot of information out and I am impatient to find out more about her. I would appreciate any paperwork you are able to dig up. However do not feel obligated to be apart of this. Even if we have a history and you were the one to accompany me, this is not something to tie you to me. I want to make that very clear.
