The latest breakthrough in therapy, apparently, is that I don't get out enough. Really, anyone could've told me that, but I suppose not everyone also has a not-optional optional therapy retreat to send me to. I apparently leave on Friday and come back on Tuesday, unless one of you can come up with a really good excuse to keep me here. Grim might accept "the world is ending" as a good reason to skip it. Maybe.
