Subject: Questionable proposed law
Dear Kyle,
I write in the hope you might be able to give me some extra insight in a questionable proposed law I recently came across. When you read it on the surface, it all sounds quite innocent and maybe even good, but it gives me an uneasy feeling. I do lack the knowledge and experience in the field of education to fully picture the consequences, so I hope you might be able to give me some insights.
I have attached the full text of the bill, but at the core is an obligation to for each school district to offer suitable facilities for special needs students with a X-gene.
Thanking in advance,
Hope Abbott.

Okay, so what the redundant hell we already HAVE an obligation to provide equal appropriate education under the law. Which means this is gotta be some sneaky shit where they want to segregate under the clause of suitable facilities - shipping mutant kids off to some jank ass classroom in a trailer, or worse 'residential' schools like they used to do to blind and deaf kids.
shit like they still do to kids with autism and hell even some blind and deaf kids, this shit hasn't actually stopped it's just better hidden. I'm going to try not to ruin your night with sending you links to places that use shock vests on kids with autism but those places exist.
Yeah, this is a janky ass law, and it's gonna get abused because WE ALREADY HAVE THIS LAW IN PLACE. They're gonna use this to throw every mutant kid into a segregated classroom and when the parents protest they'll use it to take those kids away from the parents or something or pull the same shit Australia is doing
fuck I should talk to Madin about this because I bet you five australian dollars that they started with a similar law

Thank you for confirming my gut instinct, but the fact that we already have laws that cover this on the books I did not know. And your advice to check out the situation in Australia is a good one. I wonder if they have something comparable.
