I emailed Doug and he explained about the field trip. He sent me a program to make sure email was safe but I do not know if that is just for his email or all emails.

I just wanted to let you know I was up and mostly headache-free now. I am still not sleeping as well as I could, but I am getting rest and not seeing ...

well, I am not seeing quite as much death. Things other than death, yes. But still some death. It is easier to seperate it from what is real now though. Much, much easier.

Doug handed out the same little program to everyone when he got here. (Not that I didn't have my own email encryption, but the more the merrier.)

I'm glad you're feeling better. Charles is going to be keeping a close eye on you, so don't be taken aback by that. Keep up with the meditation? I think it might help.

I'll look after Doug for you, too. Don't worry.
