Moira, forgive me my habitual absent-mindedness - I was positive I'd already given you my RSVP and then discovered I had mislaid the invitation. It turned up in a book on Brazilian shamanistic traditions, in the end - fascinating work, including some interesting tidbits on on the brugas and an example of a boychild reared as a female in order to carry on a particular line...

Ahem. To return to the matter at hand, I would be honoured to attend and offer my felicitations for your nuptuals in person.

Besides, it doesn't do to incur the wrath of a warrior-goddess with improbability powers. I believe Wanda is intending a shopping trip to procur me a new suit for the occasion. Something that isn't some shade of grey, I've been told. I suppose I should be grateful she's not insisting on tradtional dress, yes?

(That was a joke, by the way. I refuse to entertain those short hand emoticons symbols Amanda tends to sprinkle her email with...)
