And so to prove them all right... (Hello btw!)
You worked on Jono's containment shirts/suits/dotheyhaveofficialnames, right? In the interest of ensuring he can have as normal a life as hormonal teenage boys should have, all of his protests on the situation notwithstanding, how about something that'd contain in a similar way, in less clothes requiring situations?
Cause, you know, sex without the toasting the partner's bits and all is usually for the best.

Hey there! :D
I'm heading, possibly, out of town for a week next week. That's a lot of weeks right there. Ahem, right. So heading out, and I know I already have an uplink for the computer to stay in touch while away even though I'm only back up team, but could I beg a spare from you, so the kids can stay in touch too? Yeah, a few are tagging along. Lorna too, any food stuff/healf stuff I should know for the trip?
(Doug and Marie-Ange are an item, did you know? ;) )

Hello Alison,
I rather assumed Jono was still functional down there, since it was only his face and chest that was blown away. (See how easily I say 'only'.) The suit doesn't actually cover that area, so if he's having trouble, it may be psychological. Then again, he does have unconventional biology, even by mutant standards. Do I need to have 'the conversation' with the boy?
love,
Emma.

You can only come up with so many analogies with guitars, y'know? Methinks having "the conversation" wouldn't be a bad idea. And coming from you, if nothing else, would keep him from hopping out the window in order to avoid it. ;)
Which reminds me, I need to bring up the notion of a general sex ed class at the next staff meeting. Think we can trick Scott into ending up with that class?

Too, too evil. If Scott leads that class, I'm volunteering to be the TA. (TA, not T&A, you understand.)
Now, let's see if I can make a boy blush when he only has half a face...

Betcha if we play it right we can make it happen. Hrm. We may have to just make sure he can't make it to that meeting and gets assigned the class by default. (It never crossed my mind.)
If anyone can achieve that Emma, it's got to be you.

ps - How's the trip so far?

The trip is going well. The students are finding reasons to angst and whine, so I know they must be fine. I was going to take a few of them to see Samson et Dalila at the Royal Opera House this evening, but I suspect most of them would rather die.

Well. As the music teacher of some of the those students, I could point out that I'd approve of such an outing. (Well, that and if they're going to angst and whine, it'd be doing them a favor to give them something to focus on to do so, no?)
