Nathan,

Thank you so much, these are gorgeous! I'm forwarding them to my culinary teacher. If a very exuberant frenchman with an outrageous mustache appears out of nowhere one day and kisses you, that's not a vision--just Chef Marcel. He's harmless unless you ruin on of his souffles.

I'll start on some of these for Easter, I think. You'll have to taste test them a couple days before.
