Email to Nathan
To: (Nathan)
From: (Angie)
Subject: Your trip.
I emailed Doug and he explained about the field trip. He sent me a program to make sure email was safe but I do not know if that is just for his email or all emails.
I just wanted to let you know I was up and mostly headache-free now. I am still not sleeping as well as I could, but I am getting rest and not seeing ...
well, I am not seeing quite as much death. Things other than death, yes. But still some death. It is easier to seperate it from what is real now though. Much, much easier.
Angie
P.S. Oh. On the subject of things other than death? Congratulations are in order, I think?

It is a history final. I enjoy those, for the most part. My final papers are mostly done, and the exam itself should be - I believe the expression is 'a cakewalk'? I like history.
Punch you? I thought that was one of the visions I had seen. Damn. Oh blast. Nathan, I am so sorry about that. I was so horrible...
Even if you did ask I am not going to tell.

No, you weren't horrible. You just weren't yourself. Remember, you're talking to someone who was basically crazed with his precog for months. You got feisty and decided to try and break my jaw. I used to fall apart sobbing on Moira every second day. Wild reactions are very definitely justified in situations like ours.
Speaking of... it is ours, now, by the way. I'm not sure if Moira's told you. Apparently, being in mental contact with you in the midst of all this caused my precog to fire back up. It was starting to head that way in any case - apparently burnout really isn't always permanent - but what happened sped things along. Pretty interesting, actually. It's not at all like it was.
Good. Some things should be a surprise.

I would think it comes with the precognition, the love of history, but I liked it before I knew about the precognition.
... though, that says something, I suppose. Doug tells me he has always liked languages as far as he can remember. Maybe there is something to that?
I tried to break your -jaw-? With my hand? Ow.
My broken precognition turned yours back on? At least something good came out of this I suppose. You are not going to have any more heart-stopping, are you?

And yes, you did. I'm surprised you didn't hurt yourself, actually.
And no. No more heart-stopping.
Look, I've got to run... I'll try and email you back tomorrow, all right? Take care, get lots of rest, and I'll talk to you soon.
