Sorry to do this to you super short notice but I need to go out of town. I'll be back in a week or less, most likely. I know you can handle class on your own just fine, it's not like they're multiplying or anything, but I apologize for the short notice of saddling you with them all anyway/

Subject: Carmilla Drank Draino

Heads up: one of the kids mentioned on the journals that she'd seen Carmilla drinking drain cleaner and it didn't occur to her to tell anyone. I went down to the lab and found Amelia to check up on her - I guess it must not affect Carmilla the same way it would most people because the kid is still alive down there and seemingly fine, but someone should have told you. Us. Someone. My God, what were they thinking?

Anyway. Carmilla drank Draino. I'm locking up all the household chemicals. Thought you should know.

Subject: Sand tray

Charles:

I understand that we have a new resident in the mansion, and I was wondering if I might take this opportunity to bring in a new piece of equipment, just in case it's needed. My colleague Frank recently bought a new sand tray and has offered me his old one. Except...I don't really have the space in my office at the clinic anymore (The SH warehouse just had another sale. I went a little wild.), and I don't think the sand and carpeting in my office would mix well.

Is there somewhere else I could put it?

I promise to operate it solely for therapeutic use.

Mostly. I do have to try it out after all.
