I don't have much more than you, but I did notice there has been an uptick of surveillance in the area lately,; I figured they were being extra careful with the festival and the Palace, building up some protection resources.

Crossed it with Akkaba and yeah, it's definitely their people. Probably not interested in conservation.

I'll come into the office and do some cross-referencing, see what I can see. The festival is going to be a huge event and I wouldn't be surprised if there are going to be people in period costumes and similar, so it'd be very easy for mischief to happen even with the extra security.

The painting is at the Lourve - it could very well be a possibility. That painting is an expression of the idea that even in paradise, Death is waiting - I do not know that I would consider a music festival paradise but I imagine it would be for some.
