David,

I am not sure what all your charge might need (your information was brief, so I am assuming a level of patient-client confidentiality exists, much like young Mr. Russell), so a quick rundown of things I am able to do remotely.

• Establishing an online presence. As he has not been around many people, this is probably scarce. Depending on his age, there would likely be something. Tell me what would be best and I can create breadcrumbs that lead to some little-used social media and even implant him into necessary hospital or educational systems with appropriate records.

• Documentation. If he is wholly outside the system, I suggest speaking to... Artie, I believe would be best for documents. However, I do specialize in immigration issues, so if that is a concern I can do some work to make systems believe whatever paperwork is created to make your charge a real person, legally.

• Bedding. Admittedly feels silly to type this, but if you would like to grab a few soft blankets and throw pillows from my room for him, you are welcome to do so. I can either alter the lock to allow your hand scan, or I can ask Kevin or Maya if one of them could fetch the items for you. I have many, and do not mind sharing their comfort with a (young?) person who sounds like they could use it.

• My room. Also feels silly, but should your charge have psi-abilities (or should he have an unfortunate history of negative run-ins with other Psis that might make him wary of them being able to get into his head), he is welcome to reside there as needed or wanted as a friendlier alternative to The Box. It doesn't keep him in, it keeps other Psi-types out. Mentally speaking, at least. And rather effectively physically, as so few people have access to my room. Should this option be needed, I will add you both remotely and remove the access from others so that the space can remain safe-feeling for him.

• Once he is a little more accustomed to using computers and other devices, I would be willing to schedule some video calls or similar so that we can meet before my in-person return. The time zones right now are not too terrible, as your afternoons are my early mornings. That will change as I continue moving around, but we can work something out.

My apologies for scanning an image of this note instead of typing it directly. I am having issues with the psi-based portion of my powers much like several others are, and have restricted myself to limited work tech use and low tech analysis until this issue is resolved.

I will need someone(s) to comb reports from... for the sake of being thorough, shall we say Dec 15 to present? You are looking for random lines of code and other words or inserts that do not make sense or make the information presented seem disjointed. Arthur was able to get screenshots while we were meeting, and I have included him in this email so he's not surprised by any requests to collaborate. (Thanks Arthur, I'll drop some treats by the X-Factor offices next week!)

Receiving information on my end does seem fine, so I will be able to read emails and texts. If any of my responses to you appear odd, please screenshot them and share them with myself and Arthur. I will be making some attempts to figure out if there are particular actions on my end that make these issues more or less likely to manifest.

Doug–could you please do an in-depth look at Lemon/The Beast/Moon on a stick/whatever we are calling it this month?
