Cristu Bulat has been neutralized; arrested by Interpol agents a few days ago. We had a chance to talk before he ended up in jail and he produced some information. Bulat added the procurement of young mutants to his activities. Apparently, the powers or strength of the mutant didn't matter. Once he'd have one, he'd send in a code group to your international rerouter. The code sequence wouldn't take more than a few seconds to say, and would pinpoint day, time, and location. Then, an armed squad would collect the mutant, and leave. He'd be paid via secret faceless accounts originating in Africa.

This has all the hallmarks of a secure human trafficking operation, with mutants as the odd outlier. It won't be one person or even a small group; international business, government agency, or major organized crime. Unfortunately, that's as far as we can get without drawing attention to ourselves and confirming that the operation has been compromised. I've put the information together into the mansion's database for you, so you can decide what you want to do.

Just a warning. Whoever is behind this is professional and knows what they're doing. This isn't a fly by night operation or something set up on the side run by one of Magneto's lackies. If you want to take the next step against whoever this is, expect organized, intelligent, highly experienced resistance and plan accordingly.
