Dear Sirs,

It has been told to me, by Doreen Green herself, that she is very much afraid of Logan simply because "he just is," not due to anything he has said or done to her. While this would appear to be due to their mutations, I do not believe that the solution chosen by Dori is a good one. She has stated that she intends to steer clear of him, that she can smell him and can vacate the area. However, Dori should not have to live in fear of anyone at the school. This is not a situation in which something has been done to her by another person, but one in which two feral mutations seem to be clashing. I have also spoken with Logan, and he does not appear to harbour any desire to attack her; it is Dori alone who receives the predator/prey sensation. I am contacting you in the hopes that help can be given to Dori to allow her to work through the "message" her instincts receive from Logan so that she might either rid herself of her fear entirely or learn to look past it. While it would appear that, so far, it only Logan who causes such a strong sense of fear in her, the fact of the matter remains that not only do Dori and Logan live under the same roof, but there may come a day when young Miss Green finds herself crossing paths with someone else who does cause her a similar sense of fear. Avoiding Logan now only serves to avoid immediate fear; it does not solve the long-term problem that I believe must be addressed.
