Maddie -

Since we all agree that Converse are awesome but should probably be worn with something other than a formal dress, I've found some ladyfriends of mine who are greatly interested in finding you adequate apparel. At least until your own stuff gets here on the dog sled or whatever from Alaska. So I'm thinking Saturday, bright and early, we'll take you into the city and buy you hot chocolate. And socks. Because socks are awesome.

No offense, but the last time I went shopping in the city I got blackmailed into helping with a bank robbery. And then was informed I'm a specially talented mutant girl. And then was left with like a weekend's worth of clothes.

So, do I have to? Cause I think my last shopping trip traumatized me for at least a month. Maybe two.

I'm pretty surprised you guys don't know about the super secret bakery already... I'm not sure if Wade knows Jake Gavin but Marie-Ange definitely would and I assumed he would have shared its location with her!

Now I'm a little torn... if Jake didn't share the secret location, did he have a reason to keep it secret? Will I be betraying some ancient code among Hellabun worshippers if I tell?

I may have to develop some sort of ritual or oath to put you people through before I disclose the secret location of excellent bakeries...
