Sarah?
Whenever it comes time for Revenge 2: Electric Boogaloo (probably a while, I expect, if only to train up for it), I want to come with you.
They killed you. You aren't the only one who feels a very distinct need for revenge now.
We can make a date night out of it?

Who am I to say no? You deserve it as much as I do at this point. Welcome to the party.

You really are far too good to me.
Next thing I know, I'll get you drunk enough to join the X-Men, just so I can see you in that leather get up just once. Admit it, the expression on my face would (almost) be worth it.
On a more serious note on that topic, though.. I do hope they let me stay on. It felt good to be useful like that, you know? To help? To have some way to put my fists through people in one manner or another without consequently being yelled at for it?
I'd hate to lose that.

Right. When hell freezes over and they start handing out superhero club memberships to the monsters in the basement? It's not really a matter of how drunk you'd have to get me. Besides, you want to see me in leather that bad, I'm sure the X-men don't have a fucking monopoly on leather catsuits in New York.
...Is that a hint that you'd really really like to stay?

True. I seem to recall seeing a shop near one of the clubs that looked like somewhere we could find lots and lots of leather. Maybe not catsuits, but worth investigating just the same.
As for staying.. I'm happy either way, honestly. Where you go, so goes my country. You're all I need. Promise.

Speaking of, we need to go clubbing. Y'know, when my knees decide to cooperate again.
(I've spent the past five minutes trying to come up with an appropriate response to that. I guess I'll just have to show you instead.)

Dancing sounds like a perfectly acceptable form of physical therapy, if you ask me. As soon as we possibly can, we'll go.
(I'm definitely looking forward to that. As much as I love listening to you talk, you can be a lot of fun when we forget the words and work with what we've got.)
