Hey Emma,

I don't know if you have anything planned for Adri..if not, I'd like to plan her big 4-0 :)

I can cover most of it, with some friends, but if you'd like to help, could you rent out Harry's for the night? I don't think she'd want a huge shebang, and low-key seems to be the word du jour lately.

Anyways, thoughts and ideas and funds are always appreciated :)

Hello Rogue

Normally, I'd probably have organised some form of extravaganza, possibly involving devastatingly handsome women and men dressed as unicorns, for such an important occasion as my little sister's Birthday Of Doom (I'm fairly certain she once referred to it that way - possibly when it was my Birthday Of Doom).

Unfortunately, there's been quite a number of changes taking place in my life recently, with a reorganisation of Frost Enterprises capturing rather more of my attention than I wished it would.

Renting out Harry's would be the least that I could do for Adrienne. I'm also happy to cover an unlimited bar tab for all (legal age) attendees for the night, as well as food.

Other than covering the expenses, I haven't had time to consider many options. Do you think there could be unicorns? Or ponies, at least?

I'm sure we could figure it out!!

We're going with a disney princess theme, and actually it's the 15th anniversary of her 25th birthday. Which sounds much less 'doom'ish.

Any help would be appreciated though :) I know once Adri and I were close but with this brain thing, I'm playing everything by ear :S

A Disney princess party? You do know that if anyone but my good self goes as Elsa, I may have to kill them with my brain? Perhaps you could mention that on the invitations?

It doesn't surprise me at all that Adrienne has come up with a way to avoid her Birthday Of Doom.

You have a brain thing? Excuse me for asking, if it seems rude, but what sort of brain thing? Brain things are somewhat of a specialty of mine.

Actually, that was Cece and my way of making it sound less scary. We haven't even told Adri yet. Should it be a surprise?

You didn't hear? Guess it was during the end of the world,some psychic backlash, I dunno. All I know is I woke up in Jan with my 19 year old brain :(

Excellent choice. An Elsa-fight over the canapes would probably distress the children. And entertain Logan far too much.

I would suggest not too surprising - loud bangs and anything involving fireworks would best be avoided. Adrienne probably doesn't need too many of those sort of surprises. But a surprise party - I suspect she would love that. After she's finished swearing at us.

We will have to work around her abilities, however, to make sure it stays a surprise. I will organise an outfit for her to don once she's arrived at the party.

No, I hadn't heard. I haven't had much to do with the Mansion since I've been so caught up in the reorganisation. Perhaps we should talk? Maybe after the party?

We made Logan watch Frozen last year. He might have flashbacks.

Surprise it is! She's off gallivanting in Europe so she won't have anything to Read there. I won't plan at the office. She'll need to be distracted on the party day. The 4th? Does that work?

The 4th works for me. I shall make sure I keep anything party-related well away from her.

We'll sort something out after the party. Not too long after the party. Brain things are easiest if dealt with quickly.
