Emails to (Doug, Clint, Amanda)

Subject: Help.
Have you been given examples of Namor's native language. He sent me an email and it is grammatically correct but I am confused about a turn of phrase.
Look at this:
"I seek to requisition the skills of an artist by the right of privilege this military state's Sefton has bestowed upon my position."
What does this mean?

Subject: Your signature file for Namor.
I am uncertain that Namor is aware of the signature file you put on his email, and I do not intend to inform him of it, but I thought you would want to know that I do not intend to punch him, nor do I see how that would help with his difficult situation.

Amanda, I think Namor thinks the word for witch in english is Sefton. He sent me a very confusing email. He said you are "this military state's Sefton". I think he thinks you are the president of witches.
I really do not even know. He wants me to do art for him.

Namor is totally aware of the signature. I evens showed him how to change it, if he wants. It's a joke. Though seriously, between you and me, sometimes punching him's the best way to get him to pull his head out of his ass long enough to notice he's being a douche. He doesn't always mean to be one. Only most of the time.

There's interpreting someone for whom English is a second language, and then there's...that. Um, I'm guessing Prince Highfalutin thinks he can demand your services or something. I have no idea what position he got bestowed, or whatever. Wow.

I am certain he will be a perfect gentleman. He cannot possibly be any ruder than a former acquaintance I knew from Spain who so badly wanted to be royalty.
If he is, I suppose I could stab him.

It has made no sense to me sober or... the opposite of sober. But I agreed to consult with him, and he cannot possibly be worse than Manuel.
... I may have suggested to Clinton that if Namor was a problem I might stab him but I would never.

I mean, stabbing him is kinda hard? He's got the whole strong and slightly invulnerable thing going for him. My arrows barely made a dent during our first hi-how-are-ya. Just seemed to piss him off more than anything else.
But usually he's just an imperious asshole. He kinda grows on you. Like an endearing foot fungus.

I do not know I have spent half of dinner trying to understand and I am just so confused.
I think he thinks Sefton is perhaps a title like ... I actually do not know any magical titles that are not from Harry Potter.... Supreme Mugwump.

Well, that's a new one. And I'd tell you what titles the magic user community uses, only we don't, really. Grand High Pooh-Bah probably works just as well as "Sefton".

That you don't is why I am so confused perhaps people did use wanker titles 400,000 years ago but I know you do not exactly now.
If Namor refers to you as Supreme Mugwump Sefton it is not my fault.
