Hi everyone, 

Yesterday evening I came into the possession of a lovely apartment in the Upper East Side. Starting in September or so I hope to rent it out, but before I can do that I need a reputable real estate attorney, accountant and a property management firm. Among the things I want to do is create an LLC. I was wondering if you had any suggestions.

I can give you the name of my accountant. He also helps with the hotel management, the many projects I have going (including the food bank), as well as personal assets. He is also a mutant like us. I will always encourage for mutant business to grow.

Most of my properties are held in trust right now, or in companies like the one you're describing. We actually have a firm of attorney's specialising in asset management in the city on retainer for just this sort of thing. I'll get them to contact you to help you get things started...my treat after a job well done and helping me get a nice little bonus too.

I am afraid it will have to wait a little bit though, since I have been admitted to the medlab and I am not quite sure for how long.

I actually already got an email from them. I have to wait a little while before I can deal with this properly though, since I am in the medlab for what seems at least a little while.
