Scott,

I am not sure that you are aware of this or not. It is common knowledge that I am fairly well off. It is not common knowledge that I am a major stock holder in several businesses. Shaw is one of them. Ever since information about what Shaw, and his affiliates in the Hellfire Club, were up to started popping up, I've been slowly moving my stock from his companies and transfering them into other businesses. Frost and Worthington, along with some stocks in Stark.

The problem is is that I still have a fairly healthy share in Shaw. The very last thing I want to do is put another alarm bell ringing in his head if I pull the entire thing. It is slow going but my investors and myself seem to be heading in the right direction.

I am simply letting you know of this situation. Shinobi knew and so does Warren and I simply did not consider that this might make something more of it than it is. However, it's common knowledge that I live here and I do not want anything bad to come of my actions in removing my stock.

I'll be off grounds from Wednesday afternoon probably through the weekend. I figured I'd head down to Augusta and see Ms. Vance. You remember, our old housekeeper? You mentioned that she was being taken care of down there, and I sent her a letter. Turns out she'd love to see me, says I'm probably just the same as she remembers. So I'll be on the road most of tomorrow afternoon and evening. The appropriate folks have got the emergency number.
