to: Summers, Scott; Samson, Leonard; MacTaggart, Moira; Dayspring, Nathan
from: Beaubier, Jean-Paul
subject: Marie-Ange Colbert
In my estimation, my teaching assistant is significantly over-wrought and acting out of character for her, from what I can see. All my information about Mlle Colbert suggests that she is a fairly reliable and rational young woman.
This is addressed to the four of you as you are all in the best positions to help Marie-Ange out if anything is amiss. It is my understanding that as an instructor here, I should make sure to draw attention to erratic behaviour on the part of any of the students. I know that Nathan at least has some obligation to her in a teaching capacity. Yes, I was hard on her in her journal. I did expect better of her. I expect better of her support system as well.
If this continues, I will be needing a new teaching assistant for French, Scott. I assume that this will all blow over, but I'm neither precognitive nor an expert. As I've reported this to you, this is now out of my hands with the exception of her duties in my class.
Regards, Paul
