I was not made aware of any agreement made to hand over the clinic in any capacity. I will not be forwarding any information until we meet in person and I have received conformation of the merger from Mr. Worthington. I will share my Google Calendar with you and you can choose a time to meet.

My apologies, I assumed you had been made aware of the hand-off. It was, however, a bit of a handshake deal, so I am sure it simply slipped his mind. Of course you must do your due diligence before enacting a transfer of any potentially proprietary materials.

To clarify, this is not a merger but a full recusal on the part of Warren Cares. My own foundation has been in the process of establishing a clinic for some months, and as such a separate entity would be redundant. Mr. Worthington was simply kind enough to offer his resources to the cause.

I shall consult my own calendar. I look forward to resolving this misunderstanding in person.
