Hey M-A,
have subbourned Jamie into agreeing to buy leather pants, which means it's shopping time. *grin* Have you got time this weekend? Can't remember when you lot are leaving on the England/Europe trip...
If not, I'll just take him shopping on my own, but chances are good he'll come back with more dress clothes than leather. (What can I say, I have a thing for a boy in well tailored pants and jackets...)
What say you?

Kitty,
You talked him into pants? I fear the world may end. What changed his mind?
Though, on thought, he might be better suited with a leather coat. He's got shoulders. Faded blue jeans, white, or possibly black t-shirt, black leather coat. It could work. So could pants though. I think it may require talking him into trying them on to see.
Should I drag Doug, so Jamie has moral support of a manly fashion? (I think that is what he called it. Manly Moral Support.)
I say definitly. I have some time - I am not visiting home until the 12th.

He decided it was unfair that I owned more 'distracting clothing' than he did. I say it's silly of him to be distracted by anything I wear, but I wouldn't say it to him. *grin*
Ooooh.... hold on, let me attempt to regain my mental processes...
Ok, yeah. I'm all for getting him into whatever you think would suit him - you have good taste. I can talk him into anything, or at least anything shy of a dress.
Manly Moral Support's ok by me, and we can always try to suit Doug up some more as well.
*grin*

Date: 2004-03-04 09:31 am (UTC)Boys are strange.
So, I think we shove the boys into a car, make them go to the mall and entertain us with trying on things that make them blush?
Do you think we could talk Doug into an earring? I keep thinking he needs one.

Yeah, they really are, and I'm all for it. They're both frightfully cute when they blush.
Dude, Doug in an earring is an excellent idea. And hey, it's not like we're trying to talk him into an eyebrow ring like Shinobi got, right?

Yes, the blushing is adorable.
I don't think we could talk Jamie into an earring, that would look .. wrong. Really, really wrong.
But Doug needs one. I wonder if I pouted at him if he would give in.
Eyebrow ring on Doug would be odd, and I don't think every attractive.

Agreed, I don't think an earring would suit Jamie. Honestly, I can't even imagine it.
Definitely try pouting at Doug. One never knows what it'll do.
