I've gone through those x-rays and I was right - you've got stress fractures to your right ulna, which is one of the bones in your forearm, and the beginnings of more to to your right femur, the big one in your upper leg.
Immediate prescription? No training for a week, light exercise only. I'll be leaving some calcium supplements for you with Hank, and I'll be mailing Scott about your training. We'll see how things are going after the first week, but we're really going to have to watch your training schedule to avoid this getting worse.
I'm off home tonight, but I'm back tomorrow evening. I'll catch up with you then.
Maddie.

I've attached the results of Lorna's latest physical, but to cut through the doctorese, Lorna's been overtraining and is showing signs of stress fractures as a result. If you could take her off training for the week, and I'll come by and talk about her medical situation when I get back from Philly.
