While you're at it, think you could smack a clue into Jubilee's head about the difference between Angie and me being flirty, and her talking about the naked pictures Manuel took? *rolls eyes* We had a bit of a...discussion on the subject. I probably went over the line implying she was stupid, though. She's not stupid, just occasionally very dense. Grr. Anyways. The screening is done, and I should have an update about that job Mr. Summers asked me to do this evening.

I don't think I'm well placed to comment as what Jubilee said... as staff anyway.

...as a person? Right now the desire to smack Jubilee's head involves blunt objects as opposed to clues. I think she severely lacked judgement or sense. Or sensitivity. Or regard for Amanda. Or class in general. Or many other things. Manuel certainly didn't seem inclined to do anything but participate in lacking all of the above as well, for that matter.

Then again, I've always been rather touchy about those sorts of things myself.

I guess we can be prudish about that together, mmm? I can live with the kind of prudish which doesn't involve bragging about screwing around with another girl's boyfriend, or hey, how much fun he was having doing so too.

Yeah. I'd have his email system call him something even _more_ vile, but he just seems to take it in stride. I think he just enjoys being an instigator. Cunning Linguist my...erm.

For that matter, Manuel seems just as happy being an instigator as well. I'm sure he's got redeeming qualities, but darned if I can see them. Amanda deserves better.

Paige got a little snippy at me, but I imagine that's mostly because I kind of crossed a line insulting Jubes' intelligence. I just got so mad at how she continued to completely miss the point...grr. Still mad.

Yeah, I think you're right. I can live with that kind of prudish, too.

Takes two to tango - that they're doing so publically and with equal lack of forethought well... *sigh* Good thing I gave Amanda total permission to take out Gorgeous now and then. A man-hating horse is bound to have appeal at moments like this. He'll listen to her and try and bite anything male that goes near.

I'd imagine so, yes.

Of course Jubilee missed the point. Getting it would have meant admitting she was doing something crass right off the bat. She's not there yet. Kinda of a two steps forward three steps back thing there, with her. Or, you know. Lack of understanding the concept "subtlety" which does tend to get lost on some people for, well, the duration of their lives. :p

It annoys him? Good. I hope his TiVo insulting his taste in television shows annoys him too. Because God knows he annoys the heck out of me sometimes. He's not nearly as funny as he thinks he is.

How's Amanda doing? I worry about her sometimes. I still don't understand what she sees in Manuel, but maybe that's just me.

In other news, what's up with Paige? I mean, yeah, I maybe overstepped by insulting Jubes' intelligence, but she seems unusually snippy.

And lastly, Kitty and I have a Plan. :)

He has to keep himself entertained somehow, I guess. That or being creative and actually funny would tax him too much.

I would say her post last night illustrates how Amanda feels right now.

You know... sometimes? I don't try to figure some things out. Simpler that way. I'd go on about other stuff but it's probably best I don't.

Plans are good. Plans are your friend. Will it be fun? (More to the point, should I know the details of this Plan, or is it best not?)

I would do that, but I am rarely simple. Besides, if I know there's something to be figured out, or that I'm unaware of the specifics of, it tends to drive me a little nuts. But then, that's probably me being a bit compulsive, hm? :)

Well, these plans involve squashing stupid websites with objectionable content like cockroaches. Would you like to know more?

Hrm. Since this might involve things of the less than entirely legal persuasion it behooves me to pretend I did not read the above. Which is not to say I won't laugh like a loon when I see the results of this something that was never even hinted to me before and ponder ways to thank people whose identities are entirely unknown to me.
