I'm afraid the two of you are going to have to do without me for a while. I've had a somewhat sudden change in plans befall me, and I'm joining a few of my near-and-dears for a week or so, to start off the break. I'm sure you can handle a plane full of teenagers for the duration of one piddling trans-atlantic flight just fine.
Have no fear. I'll hop a flight of my own and meet you two in time for Brighton. Just let me know what hotel (or other form of lodgings) to aim myself at once I'm there, and I'll take care of me.

Amanda,
My trip to London's being delayed a smidgen.. Sarah's been invited to join Logan and Marie out on the coast with her little brothers for a week, and has invited me to come along to. I'll use this time to bribe the boys into helping me coerce her onto a plane so that we can both come and see you in time for Brighton - and even if I can't convince her, I will be there, come hell or high water.
I'll have my phone and laptop with me. If you need me for anything, no matter how big or small, don't hesitate to call or e-mail me.
I want to say more, but I'm having trouble finding the words.. we're leaving after dinner tonight, but I'll come find you first, at least long enough to get a proper hug out of you. I don't know about you (though I have my hunches), but I could use one. I also have some nicorette gum for you, to tide you over during the plane ride. It's always helped me. Hopefully, it'll help you, too.

I will see you when I return from London. I expect you will be able to tell me if the ludicrous story about Lulu and Wakka is a fabrication or not by the time I get back, though if it was not a mistranslation, I am tempted to ask you to lie to me and tell me it was just the same.

I do not think I will start playing the real version until I have completed the game I have all ready started. But I will surely uncover the truth behind Lulu's words at some point. Enjoy your trip.
