Dear Mr. Haller,
I am sorry to be bothering you, but I am being worried about Jennie and Marius. I am meeting him in the kitchen yesterday and he is not being well, so I am telling Jennie. She is went to look for him, but I am not hearing from her since. Are they being okay?
From,
Yvette.

I can't go into details yet, but I can say that last night both Jennie and Marius were caught in a type of powers-accident that shouldn't be repeating. Jennie's all right. She went to the infirmary for a little while, then spent the night in Ms. Dane's room being baked for. Marius is ill, but Dr. MacTaggart and the professor have determined the cause. He is sick with something they have seen before, and now that they know what it is they can treat it. He is resting and cannot have visitors yet, but he'll be just fine in a few days.
I have spoken with Jennie a little, and she said you were the one who told her Marius was acting strangely. Thank you for making the situation known to someone. Normally the professor would have caught it, but Marius' power makes it very difficult to pick up stray thoughts unless you know to look. Had no one gone to look for him it's likely he would have been much sicker before anyone realized something was wrong. It is never bad to tell people when it looks like someone is in trouble. If ever you notice something like what happened with Marius again, let the staff know. We will do everything we can to help.
I am glad you emailed me -- I have a question for you about our trip this weekend. Would you mind if Ms. D'Ancato goes with us when you meet your mother? You cannot cut her skin, and she can better help you if you if you have a problem with things like clothing. It might be more comfortable for you, and I think Ms. D'Ancato would like to see Kosovo. If that's all right with you, I'll ask her if she would like to come.

I was wanting to tell a teacher or Miss Doctor Amelia, but Jennie was telling me she would make sure he is being all right first. But I am glad they are both to be okay and that I am helping. I am not sure why, but I am feeling like I need to be helping them. They are both seeming to be... sad to me?
I would like very much for Miss Marie to come with us. It will be making my mother feeling better that I a not being travelling alone with a strange man, and Miss Marie is seeming like she is needing some time away. She is being very sad lately.
Yvette.

Jennie and Marius have been having some difficulties lately, it's true. We're hoping we can help them with that, now. Don't worry about not having told anyone. Sometimes it's hard to tell when you should respect someone's privacy and when it's time to go around them and take steps. Jennie should have informed someone, too, and she realizes that now. It's okay. You were just trying to do the best you thought you could at the time, that's all. Now you know what to do in case something like this ever happens again.
I think Ms. D'Ancato would enjoy coming with us to see your mother, too. I'll talk to her today.
