Since my brain has finally started existing in the same universe as the rest of humanity again, thank you for making sure I actually made it back to the country last week. And Betsy. Not that you're probably not used to propelling incoherent psis around Europe after being on the team with Nate, but you know. I still appreciate it.
And I really hope I didn't actually spend fifteen minutes talking to you about how pretty koi are on the way home, but looking back at the stuff I sent Lorna from the airport I think that's way too likely.
Your brother kind of hates the universe, doesn't he?

. . . on your brain. Call this a routine followup, because I don't know about you but mine felt like it had been through a cheesegrater for a week. Sofia struck me as more or less okay since she was on the edge of it, and, um, Sofia, and I know Betsy got away with no more than the Headache of Powers Fatigue because Betsy is the ninja devil, but catching back up on the journals I found the post of wacky painkiller fun kind of worrying after the forced psychic intervention with an aggregate consciousness so I thought I'd ask how that was going.
And even speaking as someone working at Xavier's, you guys have weird jobs.

My brain is fine now. Can we not talk about the part where I got a psi-knife in the back of my head? Because that would be great.

You mean the hypothetical psi-knife to the head that couldn't have stabbed you in the head because if it had it would mean we'd technically invaded an unfriendly country?
Glad your brain is doing okay, though. They can be delicate. Even with things that never happened.
