After a rather surprising detail comes to light.

This afternoon I was present during one of Forge's many epiphany moments, and it appears that Ms. D'ancato and Mr. Sefton are, in fact, brother and sister.

Does it speak to my acquired world-weariness that my first thought was to how very little of a family resemblence they share?

Ah, but if that weren't enough they are not only secret-siblings, but children of a supervillain. I call that unfortunate. Ridiculously twist our family may be, but at least dad has been quite forthright about the number of existent progeny and mum is unlikely to be caught running about naked to effect malicious infiltration of various organizations. Fashionably attired, perhaps, but hardly naked.

I suppose that brings the total of those related to their greatest foes to Ms. Maximoff, Mr. Maximoff, Mr. Dayspring, Mr. Sefton, and Ms. D'ancato (at least insofar as I am aware). Do you imagine they have a support group?

Oh my god. 's a good thing Marie can't touch people, isn't it, because can you imagine what might have happened otherwise?

They should get a support group. ASAP. Isn't it nice when things make our family look normal?

I feel we were likely safe from tragedies of the George Lucas sort, as Ms. D'ancato is firmly ensconsed in the embrace of the less hirsuite of the Canadians. Nonetheless, this is quite a firm endorsement on the dangers of dating within the walls of Xavier's. My life has trevails enough without adding to it the realisation a particular relationship might render me suitable for such jokes as are generally reserved for Tasmanians.

Quite true about the family, alas. One son illegitimate, one disowned, and, of course, yourself -- and yet still infinitely saner than anything put to us by the teaching staff. Your sisters are as yet normal, which is no comfort. They do after all have their genetics against them.
