Well, between work, and training and New York blowing up, things have been a little busy. Plus, you did slip in like a thief in the night. I didn't know you were back until over a day later when Twoyoungman called to ask if you'd gotten in alright. I kind of took that for a sign, you know?

I had written you a letter, but never got the guts to send it I guess. With how things ended with us...and you never called...did you really expect me to just come knock on your door months later?

I don't really know what I expected. We stopped talking, you went away, and you said that you needed to take the time in Canada to get your head together. What was I supposed to do? Start dropping faux-happy updates like the stalker ex? I'd rather Heather Hudson didn't take my spine out with a filleting knife, thanks.

This all got a lot more complicated somehow, and I don't know where that happened.

Heather does get protective. Personally I think you'd have had more to fear from Logan though.

But yeah. Complicated. So now what? I don't know where we go from here.

Let's not bring up Logan. Chances are I've for a GRR-mail waiting from him in my future, which will likely make me want to punt him into the East River.

For the future, I don't know. I've been trying to come to terms with being friends for months, and I don't know how far I've really gotten. If you ask the blue skinned girl in the tank top, her opinion is 'no where at all'. What about you? What do you want?

Look, Pete's up at the mansion tonight, and he's waiting at Harry's for me. Let's just sleep on it for now. I've got to go into work tomorrow, but once I'm done, I'll come find you and we can go get something to eat and just talk, alright? Maybe clear some things up, maybe talk about a new beginning, I don't know.
