Really, between the crisis at the clinic today (not mine, one of Dante's clients), and this war on the journals, I halfway expect some kind of celestial event to be occurring. (If I believed in such things.)
I'd suggest we need to have all the students watch Mean Girls and talk things through if it weren't for the fact that it's not just the girls and not just the students!
Aside from the current brouhahas on the journals, any other altercations at the mansion today? Did Emse and Phoebe called a halt to their little cold war?

I think it helps to think of Illyana as a brushfire. It's a natural disaster sometimes necessary for the propagation of the ecosystem, but you're still better off running in the other direction. I wish she hadn't pressed the issue with Kyle, and I hope Cammie doesn't decide to run with it afterwards, but, well, Kyle reacted a little strongly, too. Still, I wish people would stop bringing it up -- I don't think they understand just how much it bothers him, and much as I'd like to I don't feel comfortable pulling anyone aside and telling them why. Still, I think he might be out of the woods and onto the heavybag by now, thankfully, which is good. Sometimes taking a big step back from the journals does a lot of good.
I don't think there's anything else major. As far as I know the Stepfords are doing all right at the moment. I think Celeste took one and Sophie took the other. And then possibly switched. All I know is that so far there are no signs of another imaginary sibling, which is at least some piece of good news. And yes. I'm almost forgetting it's weird to judge anyone's mental health by that kind of standard.
Sorry about the crisis at work. Hopefully nothing terrible will happen at Nate's party tomorrow. At this rate it sounds like the only thing still relatively sane in your life may be the staff, and that's pretty worrying.

Consider me running!
I'm afraid that particular issue is one that Kyle is not anywhere close to dealing with calmly. And, to be fair, he certainly does have a right to be angry. It really is disheartening, though, to hear some of those things said from one mutant to another.
I think Cammie may have the maturity to step back a little--we'll just have to wait and see.
And if Kyle's moved on to the heavy bag, then I'm less concerned.
It really is rather frightening when one considers a lack of imaginary siblings as a hallmark for good health, isn't it? Well, as long as they're handling it internally, I'm not going to bring it up with them in my session this week.
I'll see you at the party tomorrow, and if you have jinxed it by calling staff sane I'm giving you the Stepford group therapy sessions!
