You wouldn't happen to have anything on Jean-Paul that could be used to get him baking, would you? He's being much too grumpy of late.
I'd let you have some of the cupcakes.

I don't know, but most people are happier when they're getting laid so it seems the easy answer. For all I know he could be meditating or something.
How do you know it's good for him? If he said no maybe you should respect that. There are people who need to be pushed and there are people with whom pushing leads to backfire. Leave him alone about it. A lot's changed about him, if you hadn't realized, maybe that has, too.

You're right, and I'll leave him alone. (I'd print this email out, were I you, it's a first.)
I still think he needs some kind of help, he sets off my mothering radar. I'll resist for now though.

Everything sets off your mothering radar. Fully capable, healthy, well-adjusted people set off your mothering radar.
For the record I'm printing out the email. Then laminating it. Then maybe framing it. And then showing it off to everyone to prove it happened!

This is true. Sometimes people need a little mothering? I stop now when they tell me too! Sort of...sometimes. (See? Progress!)
It should get a walnut frame, and one of those little lights that light up when you walk past it on the wall. And then you can show Garrison, because he doesn't believe me when I tell him I'm an adult now. (Shocking, I know.)
