Taking this to email because I'm trying to do this privately like Remy said.
Look, I get that it's personal where Belladonna is concerned. Not trying to say you can't have anger where she's concerned.
BUT.
You don't get to pass judgment on decisions I had to make, when you weren't there and aren't part of something where you're asked to find the best option of equally shitty situations every day as part of your job. And especially not just based on Amanda's side of the story. It was a shitty situation, I had to make a snap judgment call based on imperfect information, and I did the best I could. I made the decision that put Selene in the ground with no collateral casualties. And a previously at-large threat is where I know where she is now. If that seems like cold calculus to you, so be it. That's my job, and I do it the best I can.

Let me tell you what it looks like you did from where I'm standing. Sure, Selene's dead and I'll give you all due credit for helping that happen, but you stood by and let that bitch into a position of power like she's always wanted.
As I see it, you chose Hellfire Club politics over your team and your friends. And if that's your job and you're happy with what you did, good luck to you, and I mean that. But it is cold calculus, you know how I feel about Belladonna, and you being in the same game as her means I can't... thinking about her and what she did makes me feel sick. Did you know she videotaped her guys beating the crap out of me and showed it to the kids she kidnapped?
I don't think I know the Doug who's the White Knight and could make that decision and be perfectly happy with it. And with Belladonna involved, I'm not sure I can. I'm sorry.
